Must Know Before You Go for National Museum of Singapore

  • Children aged 0-6 can enter free of charge.
  • Luggage and/or large bags are not allowed inside the venue. You may drop off your bags at reception before entering.
  • Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member.
  • Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
  • Valid proof of identity (eg. passport, school pass) must be presented at the Visitor Services counter to enjoy concession admission.
  • Concession admission is applicable to Seniors (60 years and above) or Singapore Private Schools student or Specially-abled visitors. One caregiver accompanying specially abled visitors will enjoy free admission, regardless of caregiver's nationality.
  • Audio guide availability is dependent on the venue. Please refer to the official website for more information.
  • ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
  • Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
  • Flash photography, videography, and the use of tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed in the galleries.
  • Baby strollers are permitted in all galleries.
  • Visitors are recommended to switch their mobile phones to silent and refrain from talking loudly.
  • Visitors are encouraged to deposit their backpacks and bulky items at the lockers located on Level 2, opposite the Seminar Rooms and Basement. Lockers are available for SGD0.50 (small) or SGD1 (large).
  • Audio guide availability is dependent on the venue.
  • Storage areas are available at the venue. Please contact staff on site for rates.
  • Last admission to National Museum of Singapore Tickets 10 exhibition is 5:00 PM; Last admission to Glass Rotunda exhibitions is 6:15 PM; Last admission to other Galleries is 6:30 PM.
  • This is an open date National Museum of Singapore Tickets, so you can book on the same date as per your convenience.
  • All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at arrival.
