Must Know Before You Go for Kiztopia
- The Kiztopia ticket is valid for one child accompanied by one adult only.
- The voucher is valid for 90 day(s) from the booking confirmation date and expires at 23:59 on the last day.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
- Once you leave the venue you are not allowed to re-enter.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- As the attraction involves climbing, sliding, jumping etc., guests are strongly recommended to wear long sleeves and jeans/pants to avoid potential abrasion.
- Kith@Kiztopia is always ready to spoil you with the variety of food options available for purchase. No food or drinks are allowed outside of the café.
- Socks are compulsory for all guests and they are not included in purchase and are compulsory for all guests as some play areas require you to remove your shoes.
- A grace period of 10-minutes will be provided to the guests to exit the venue. Afterwards an additional charge of SGD10/hour will be charged.at the counter if the stipulated timing exceeded the grace period.
- The activity is not recommended for people of determination and persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs.
