Tamil connections with Singapore date back to the 11th century and this exhibition presents a collection of narratives that trace back the experiences of Tamils in Singapore from pre-modern to contemporary times.
The presentation which is included with the Indian Heritage Centre Singapore tickets is divided in two parts: One focuses on the journey of pre-modern Tamils while the other focuses on lesser known pioneers of the 19th century.
